Re-enrollment Application

Freedom Christian School was established on a faith basis in 1974 by the mercy and power of Jesus Christ, who is ever faithful to keep His promise. It is in grateful gratitude to Him that we thank and praise Him for His miraculous provision over these past years. None of this would have been possible without the prayers and giving of many people.

As we look toward the next academic year, may we be mindful that this is a faith ministry and thus a tremendous responsibility rests upon us as parents. This means that we must be faithful in supporting this ministry through prayer and giving. God has given us qualified teachers who give their time and talents to the Lord for the benefit of our children. Their pay is determined by the support given by school families. In addition to teacher support, there is also the huge need to pay operating and overhead expenses.

May we as parents pledge before the Lord to sincerely pray as to what the Lord would have us do financially. Our children are the most important responsibilities that God has entrusted to us. Therefore:

1. I understand that the school program is an integral part of child training of which I am expected to support.
2. I hereby commit to assume my Scriptural responsibility for financial support of the school beyond the assorted fees.
3. I understand that my child is expected to take part in school activities, including P.E. and sponsored trips away from the educational facility, and I absolve the school from liability
to me or my child because of injury to my child at properly supervised school activities.
4. I agree to uphold and support the high academic standards of the school by providing a place at home for my child to study and by encouraging my child in the completion of any homework or assignments.
5. I appreciate the standards of the school and will not tolerate profanity, obscenity in word or action, dishonor to the Godhead or the Word of God, or disrespect to the staff of the school. I hereby agree to support regulations published in the school handbook in the applicant’s behalf and authorize the school to employ discipline as it deems wise and expedient for the training of my child.
6. I understand that the school reserves the right, after a parental conference to dismiss my child who fails to comply with established regulations and discipline or whose parents do not assume their responsibilities to the school as stated above.

Please submit this application by June 1, for re-enrollment with $70.00 for grades K-6 and $80.00 for grades 7-12. The application will not be accepted without the re-enrollment fee being paid. Again this year – if your form is returned before June 1 you will receive a discount of 50% off the re-enrollment fee ($35 and $40).

No student has a right to re-enroll, and applications for re-enrollment will be approved at the sole discretion of the school.
